■Popular small automatic titrator series
The HI 84529 is a small automatic titrator that can be easily measured on-site, and measures titratable acidity for dairy products. This instrument has a built-in analysis method optimized for measurements based on acid-base titration method. The piston-type dosing pump not only provides high accuracy but also shortens the time required for measurement. In addition, high reliability can be maintained by calibrating the pump using a dedicated standard solution.
It can also be used as a highly accurate pH/mV meter. Another feature is that it offers outstanding cost performance. The acidity of milk is said to be lactic acid: 0.21% or less, but this device can measure with high accuracy of ±0.01% (low concentration range). Additionally, the acidity of yogurt is controlled at approximately 0.8%.
