About This Product

■Professional type for “HACCP” and capable of data logging HI 98161 is a waterproof pH/℃ meter specialized for measuring dairy products and semi-solid foods. This device is a higher-end model of the standard type HI 99161D, and is a professional type with even better functions added. This is a highly reliable unit for quality control of dairy products and semi-solid foods. ■Applications pH measurement of dairy products and semi-solid foods, pH of noodles and bread dough, pH of rice and vinegared rice, pH of seasonings such as miso and soy sauce, pH of kamaboko, pH of canned products, ketchup, jam, jelly etc. ■Main features Adopts a pH electrode suitable for measuring semi-solid foods. Possible to measure rice, bread dough, miso, konjac, seasonings, jelly, jam, paste, cheese, yogurt, etc. The liquid junction is an open junction, minimizing clogging. The PVDF body, which is also used for food products, is durable and resistant to chemicals.
