The HI 99161D is a waterproof, portable pH/℃ meter with pH electrode for dairy and semi-solid foods. The conical pH electrode is suitable for measuring dairy products and semi-solid foods, making it a highly reliable device for quality control.
■This is the point
Adopts a pH electrode suitable for measuring semi-solid foods. Possible to measure rice, bread dough, miso, konjac, seasonings, jelly, jam, paste, cheese, yogurt, etc. The liquid junction is an open junction, minimizing clogging.
The PVDF body, which is also used for food products, is durable and resistant to chemicals. (The tip of the electrode is made of glass) The electrode has a built-in amplifier that prevents noise errors and enables quick and stable measurements.
The pH electrode status is displayed on the left side of the screen for 12 hours after calibration. By understanding the condition of the pH electrode, which is normally invisible to the naked eye, you can appropriately determine when to perform maintenance or replace it. The calibrated standard solution value is also displayed at the bottom of the screen. Connecting the electrode and main body is easy. The main body is IP67 waterproof, and the connections are also fully waterproof.
