About This Product
■pH tester for cheese, dairy products, and semi-solid foods
Introducing a small tester suitable for checking pH during the cheese manufacturing process. The conical pH electrode can be inserted into cheese or semi-solid materials for easy measurement.
■Main features
- Adopts a conical pH electrode suitable for measuring cheese and semi-solid dairy products. This structure minimizes deterioration caused by clogging of the liquid junction.
・The PVDF body, which is also used for food products, is durable and resistant to chemicals. (The electrode tip is made of glass)
・Includes initial pH standard solution, electrode cleaning solution, and electrode storage solution. You can rest assured that everything you need for calibration and post-measurement maintenance is included.
・Easy operation with one button
- Easy-to-read, large screen display
・Measurement stability mark to inform you of reading timing.
- Can be used continuously for approximately 1,000 hours with one button battery (CR2032 type). (You will be notified on the screen when the battery level is low)
・Display the calibrated standard solution on the screen

Main unit (with integrated pH electrode), 1 CR2032 button battery, electrode protection cap, 2 doses each of pH7.01 & 4.01 standard solution, 2 doses of electrode cleaning solution, electrode storage solution (1 13mL bottle), Japanese instruction manual, etc.
