About This Product

■Pierce directly into soil to directly measure pH

GroLine series for agriculture and hydroponic cultivation. Among them, HI 981030 (Soil pH Tester) measures pH by directly inserting a sensor into the soil. Measuring pH helps determine the environment in which crops can grow easily. Furthermore, since it can measure solutions (liquids) other than soil, it is also useful for nutrient solution management in hydroponic cultivation.

■Applications

Soil diagnosis in fields, soil and nutrient solution management in agriculture and hydroponic cultivation, pH measurement of rock wool, landscaping (plants, turf, grass), lawn management at golf courses, gardening, etc. Specific crops and plants include strawberries, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, lisianthus, mushroom cultivation, tea plantation management, etc.

■Main features

- Adopts a pH electrode suitable for soil measurement. The conical electrode tip and open junction structure not only make it easier to penetrate the soil, but also minimize clogging due to deposits and make cleaning easier. - Removable PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) electrode sleeve. The electrodes can be easily cleaned and the internal solution can be refilled if necessary. ・Includes initial pH standard solution, electrode cleaning solution, and electrode storage solution. You can rest assured that everything you need for calibration and post-measurement maintenance is included. - Automatic temperature compensation (Temperature compensation is automatically performed during calibration. There is no temperature display function.) ・Easy operation with one button - Easy-to-read, large screen display - Can be used continuously for approximately 1,000 hours with one button battery (CR2032 type). ・Display the calibrated standard solution on the screen

Main unit (pH electrode integrated), 1 CR2032 button battery, electrode protection cap, pH7.01 & 4.01 standard solution 2 times each, electrode cleaning solution 2 times, electrode storage solution & electrode interior (13mL bottle each), Japanese Instruction manual etc.
