About This Product
■pH tester for chocolate capable of up to 4-point calibration
Hanna's latest pH tester HALO2 series breaks the conventional wisdom of pH testers. Equipped with Bluetooth, your smartphone or tablet can quickly turn into a pH meter. Among the 15 types for each purpose, HI 9810392 is the one for chocolate.

■Electrode structure
Adopts a conical pH electrode suitable for measuring chocolate. Can be measured by piercing chocolate or semi-solid objects. It prevents clogging of the liquid junction and is easy to clean. The electrode sleeve can be removed and the internal fluid can be refilled. The electrode has a built-in amplifier that prevents noise errors and enables quick and stable measurements.
■pH electrode status display & calibration information (GLP)
The status of the pH electrode after calibration is displayed on the screen. You can grasp the condition of the pH electrode, which is normally invisible to the naked eye, and can appropriately determine when to perform maintenance or replace it. This is a safe function even for first-time users.
Calibration information (GLP) is also abundant. You can see not only the calibration date and time, type of standard solution, offset/slope, but also the slope between the standard solutions used for calibration. This is convenient because it allows you to check the contamination/deterioration of the standard solution used.

・Up to 3-point calibration possible (up to 4-point calibration when using the Hanna Lab app)
・Includes initial pH standard solution, electrode cleaning solution, and electrode storage solution. It comes with everything you need for calibration and post-measurement maintenance, so you can rest assured.
・Easy operation with one button
- Can be used continuously for approximately 1,000 hours with one button battery (CR2032 type). (Approximately 500 hours using Bluetooth)
