■Features

The heat sinker is mainly made of silicone grease, which is mixed with ultrafine metal oxide powder to improve thermal conductivity. Because the base material is silicone grease, it exhibits stable performance even at high temperatures. (Note) Metal oxide particles are extremely fine powders, so applying sufficient torque to attach the semiconductor will create a thin heat transfer layer. It also fills the tiny gaps between particles to improve heat conduction. It also has excellent electrical insulation properties, making it ideal for electrical and electronic equipment.

■How to use

・Apply heat sinker to the semiconductor base and radiator, and tighten the mounting screws. In this case, it is important to apply just enough compound grease to properly push out the excess compound grease from the semiconductor base. ・If the semiconductor is not installed and tightened to the torque specified by the semiconductor manufacturer, the thermal resistance will increase significantly. ・Please be careful not to loosen the mounting surface of the semiconductor due to thermal expansion and contraction during use.
