■Epoxy glass washer (Glass epoxy washer)
Epoxy glass washers are manufactured from laminated sheets. If it is made from round bars, problems are likely to occur because the stacking directions are different. Epoxy glass (GlaEpo) is a composite material. It is not directionless like Teflon. Therefore, care must be taken in the stacking direction. The stacking direction of plates is the thickness direction, but the stacking direction of round bars is different. If you think about it from this perspective, epoxy glass (Gla-Epo) can be called FRP.
Epoxy glass washers are used as insulating washers with high compressive strength. It is used with a heat resistance of approximately 180 degrees. If you wish to use it at higher temperatures, we recommend silicone glass.
■Size of epoxy glass washer (standard product)
Available in thicknesses of 4 and 6 mm, outer diameters of 21 to 120 mm, and inner diameters of 10.5 to 70 mm.
