Epoxy glass is made by applying varnish to the surface of glass fiber cloth and letting it dry. The product in this state is called resin cloth. Layer several layers of this resin cloth (prepreg) to the desired thickness. Heat while applying pressure from above and below. Then it hardens. A board in this state is an epoxy glass laminate.
Wrap the resin cloth (prepreg) around the iron core and heat it under pressure. Once it hardens, pull out the round rod. If you do that, it will become a pipe. Epoxy glass is said to show no change in appearance even if left in an atmosphere at 180 degrees for two hours. The specific gravity of epoxy glass is 1.75-1.85, but we use a value of 1.8 when calculating.

・How do you make epoxy glass (glass fiber reinforced plastic) pipes?
First, imagine a cloth made of glass fiber. Apply the epoxy glass base (or epoxy glass) to this. The dried paper is called resin paper. Wrap this around the core metal, or round iron bar. Then, put it in a mold and bake it. Then pull out this core metal. What is then left is the inner diameter.
In other words, it's the same as grilling taiyaki. The feel of this metal core is the same as that of chikuwa. Therefore, the inner diameter is determined by subtracting the shrinkage rate from the core metal dimensions. Therefore, with this core metal, the inner diameter can be adjusted freely. If you make a square core metal, the inner diameter will be square.
