Grease trap features
■The "Grease Trap" efficiently separates oil from wastewater from the kitchens of restaurants and restaurants.
Taking advantage of our experience in sewage sludge treatment, C.I. Takiron has adopted an inclined plate system for grease traps. Fine particles of oil in the drainage water touch the bottom surface of the inclined plate, adhere to it, collect, grow larger, and slowly rise to the surface. As it floats to the surface, it eventually becomes large particles that separate from the inclined plate and float to the surface of the water. In addition, for oil that cannot be separated, C.I. Takiron's proprietary Trical contact material in the second chamber captures the oil particles and makes them into larger particles and floats them to the surface.
■“Cleaning port included” for maintenance management
A cleaning port for maintenance and management is provided at the outflow section. Even when the trap becomes clogged, it can be easily cleaned.
■“High oil removal rate” with Trical contact material
Trical contact material is used in the final flow path of water. With a large contact area and a structure that prevents clogging, it cleanly catches oil particles in water. In addition, the Trical contact material can be removed, so it can be easily washed with water.
■“Slanted plate method” that efficiently separates water and oil
This is an inclined plate type grease trap that applies the principle of the Takiron C.I. inclined plate sedimentation separator, which has a proven track record in water treatment plants around the country. It collects small oil particles that float to the surface and makes them into large aggregates that float to the surface of the water.
■The lid has a "simple waterproof structure"
The FRP lids of the GT-30, 50L, 75L, and 100L have a simple waterproof structure with Ept sealer on the contact area with the main body, preventing rainwater from entering and exhibiting deodorizing effects.
■“Large basket” for removing bulky garbage
A large stainless steel basket installed at the inlet removes bulky debris.
■Durable "Made of FRP"
The main body, lid, partition plate, and separately sold cover are made of durable FRP, so there is no need to worry about rust or corrosion.
■Notes
・This is the main body for the lid that can handle T-2 loads. There is one inlet.
・Please use the lid and main body as a set. Cannot be combined with other parts.
