■Pressure resistant manhole cover (manhole cover)
A pressure-resistant manhole cover for indoor use that has excellent compressive strength, rigidity, weather resistance, chemical resistance, and safety, and is designed to allow normal passenger cars to pass through.
■What is safe load?
A load that can be safely used in practical use, such as when the wheels of a passenger car pass. This value takes into account the safety factor assuming repeated loads.
■What is load capacity?
A load that does not cause product destruction when applied to a product. Loads exceeding the safe load may cause deflection.
■Points
・Joto's manhole covers are manufactured using Joto composite material, a recycled material that does not rust or rot and is ideal for exterior products.
- Appropriate weight that is neither too heavy nor too light, making it easy to handle.
・There are 2 types of designs. There is also a floral pattern type.
- The "T-2" series is designed to prevent product damage even if a load of 4.9kN (500kgf) and 9.8kN (1000kgf) are applied 10,000 times to the "T-4" series.
- The load capacity of this product is achieved by fully demonstrating the elasticity of thermoplastic resin and providing breakage resistance. If the load is within the safe load range, even if deflection occurs, it will recover after the load is removed. (If the deflection does not recover, it will need to be replaced.)
