The XAC, a ball -type heat exchanger automatic cleaning device developed by the Company, is a maintenance tool that automatically cleans the tube of the heat exchanger with a sponge ball.
■ Overview
"XAC" is a device that automatically cleans shells and tube heat exchanges. Put a dedicated sponge ball with a diameter of about 10mm to 20 mm in the tube of the heat exchanger, and use the cooling water flowing inside the device to automatically wash the ball through the thin tube.
When the machine is operated, the adhesion of dirt can always be prevented, so that the operation efficiency of the machine and the trouble associated with the corrosion of the thin tube can be prevented.
