■SP (PE) fitting connection procedure
- Cut the connecting polyethylene pipe with a pipe cutter or saw. At this time, cut the pipe so that the cut end is perpendicular to the pipe axis.
・Remove any burrs on the cut surface using a knife or chamfer.
- Pass the cap nut and ring through the pipe in this order. Make sure that the split end of the ring faces toward the cap nut you passed through first.
- Hammer the incore into the pipe with a plastic hammer. When hammering in-core, leave enough space between the cut surface and the ring.
- Insert the tube end into the body and tighten it to the threaded part of the body while pushing the ring.
