About This Product
■Maximum allowable pressure
・Still water below 150℃: 1.18MPa
・Saturated steam: 0.88MPa
Not suitable for tap water such as drinking water. I have not learned the Japan Water Works Association/JIS. Wrap a screw seal around the connection.
Precautions when piping valves
■Precautions for transportation and storage
- Do not subject the valve to shocks such as throwing it out, dropping it, or overturning it.
・When transporting the valve, please maintain the packaging in which it was delivered.
■Precautions during construction
- If there is a risk of freezing due to usage conditions, please take measures to prevent freezing by insulating the product or using other methods.
- Brass valves should not be used in environments where brass materials may corrode or for underground use.
・Never attach a pipe wrench to the valve.
・Be careful not to hit the piping by over-screwing it.
- When screwing the valve into the piping, do not apply excessive torque.
- As a general rule, the valve should be installed vertically in horizontal piping.
・Avoid installing the product in locations where its functions may be impaired by vibration or other external forces.
