■Precautions for assembly and management
・When assembling, check the appearance of SIC parts (underwater bearing, sleeper) and make sure there are no chips, cracks, etc.
・Avoid impact when assembling SIC. →Tightening torque of Sic sleeve fixing nut: 2.9N・m
- Check that there is no dust, scratches, etc. on the end face of the spigot part of the part.
・Band tightening torque: 7.8N・m
- After assembly, turn the sleep shaft joint by hand to make sure there is no contact.
・After assembly, confirm that it can be inserted into the VP pipe (φ99.8mm).
・Wrap vinyl tape around the cable protection plate attachment part (upper part) of the cable to protect it.
・When connecting the cable to the motor, apply silicone oil (KF-54) to a part of the connector.
