About This Product

Both FSI and FCI types have a proven track record of being used in many 29.4MPa (300kgf/cm2G) class high differential pressure lines such as high polyethylene plants and ammonia plants, and can be used for relatively small diameters of 50A or less. Masu. By setting the flow direction from the side to the bottom (flow-to-close), it is possible to prevent erosion from damaging the body.

Additionally, the inner surface of the bottom flange is lined with CoCr alloy to increase durability against erosion. In terms of operation, even in flow-to-close flow, the diameter of the valve stem is the same as or larger than the port diameter, so the structure is stable so that thrust balance does not become a problem even in the case of high differential pressure. I'm doing it.

In addition, by making the seat ring cage-shaped and installing a fixed orifice on the side of the cage, it serves as a two-stage pressure reduction and is expected to be effective in preventing port erosion.
