About This Product

This is a control valve that uses a seal ring balance method for the valve plug to eliminate valve seat leakage from a single-seat valve with a drive unit as small as a double-seat valve. By fitting the seal ring into the cage, the space between the valve plug and the cage (guide clearance area) is sealed, and the structure prevents the primary pressure on the valve inlet side from entering the inside of the bonnet. Therefore, secondary pressure enters the upper and lower parts of the valve plug, creating a balanced state and reducing the required driving force.

■Globe valve: A type of valve that has a globe shape, the center line of the inlet and outlet are in a straight line, and the inside is S-shaped.

・Typical type most commonly used as a control valve ・Useful for both high temperature and high pressure to low sound specifications, and can also accommodate cavitation and flushing specifications. ・Flow characteristics can be selected from linear, EQ%, quick open, etc. depending on the shape of the plug. ・We have many variations as a product, but all types have a proven track record of production and are highly reliable.
