About This Product
Ivf SmartQuench is used to test the cooling capacity of hardening agents. It is easy to handle and allows testing of tempering agents with a small amount of sample.
■Field of use
・Measurement of cooling performance of heat treatment agent in quenching oil tank in the following cases
・Measurement of cooling capacity at various locations in the quenching tank
・Adjustment of flow rate that affects cooling capacity
・Management of changes in cooling ability of quenching agent over time due to age of use and contamination
・Measurement in the laboratory
・Management of various quenching agents such as quenching oil, polymer quenching agents, water and salt baths
■How to use
・Heat the sensor with a built-in thermocouple to the desired temperature (generally 850℃) and insert it into the quenching agent.
・The process of temperature change is stored in the computer
・Measurement data recorded on the hand unit can be connected to a PC via wire or wireless and can be managed.
