■Device overview

When alumina particles are packed in the retort of the furnace and gas is blown up from below, the volume gradually increases and a state of vigorous stirring and fluidity is created. Because it behaves like a liquid, the workpiece can be inserted without resistance. This fluidized bed has a high ability to transport heat, allowing rapid heating and good temperature distribution.
