About This Product

CAFQ type batch type gas nitrocarburizing furnace Easy to integrate into automatic lines and provides stable quality.

■Device overviewA steel component made of a specific chemical composition is heated in an ammonia gas atmosphere at 400 to 600°C for 1 to 100 hours, producing a ~30 μm thick iron nitride layer on the surface followed by a diffusion layer.

■Features of the device・Extremely high hardness can be obtained
・Hardness does not decrease even after tempering
・Distortion can be reduced due to low temperature treatment
・Retort type can also be selected, contributing to stable quality
・Can be used with SUS304 to 20Cr heat-resistant steel
