About This Product

It provides good temperature distribution characteristics and reliable processing quality.

■Device overviewA steel component made of a specific chemical composition is heated in an ammonia gas atmosphere at 400 to 600°C for 1 to 100 hours, producing a ~30 μm thick iron nitride layer on the surface followed by a diffusion layer.

■Features of the device・Extremely high hardness can be obtained
・Hardness does not decrease even after tempering
・Small processing deformation
-Can handle everything from small to large items
・Applicable to SUS304 to 20Cr heat-resistant steel
