About This Product

■Highly accurate atmospheric gas control type gas nitridingThere are limits to the conventional simple NH3 atmosphere that controls the degree of decomposition and processes with a certain diffusion depth and compound layer thickness. With PICONite® treatment using our PCGN furnace, it is possible to achieve the desired diffusion depth and compound layer thickness for the base material. Furthermore, our PICONite®G can handle the γ'-rich treatment, which has recently been reported by academic studies as contributing to improved fatigue strength. The PICONite® process is our patented technology, and by controlling the phase, it is possible to realize γ' phase: ε phase with a high degree of freedom and reproducibility.

■Device overviewIt is possible to continuously heat and constant-temperature harden small thin plate materials such as washers, springs, and rings. Superior mechanical properties can be obtained, including toughness, improved elongation, increased impact resistance, and reduced distortion and dimensional changes.

■Device features・Mesh belt method, shaker hearth method and conveyance method can be selected
・Forced mesh belt meandering and rectification in the outlet bath to suppress scattering of processed products
・Retort type reduces atmospheric gas and improves temperature uniformity
・Design structure with maintenance and safety in mind
・Full automation from supply to dispensing and weighing
