About This Product

■Next-generation water-addition type austempering equipment WaAT® that stabilizes component accuracy and shortens processes.In order to obtain a uniform bainite structure down to the core of the steel material, it is generally necessary to apply a steel type with an excellent H value or to limit the weight and thickness of the steel member. Equipped with an additive mechanism that can significantly increase the speed of rapid cooling. In other words, there is no need to change the steel type, and it is possible to expand the range of weight and thickness using medium to high carbon steel.

■Features・Cooling capacity improved by 2 to 4 times
・Expansion of plate thickness that can be converted into bainite
・The amount of change is reduced by approximately 40%, and the variation is reduced by approximately 75%.
・Achieving quality stability through constant monitoring of moisture content

・Improved cooling capacity through a nitrate bath injection mechanism and optimal bath depth at the workpiece drop port
・ Achieved uniform injection of molten salt by optimizing the piping route
・Steam recovery device (patent pending) stabilizes the atmosphere inside the heating furnace
・Multi-stage slit type molten salt curtain (patent pending) prevents liquid from scattering when parts fall
・Hammering mechanism (Patent No. 5221217) achieves parts recovery rate of over 99.99%
・Washing and drying tank using waste heat (compatible with carbon neutral)
