About This Product

■Batch type low pressure carburizing furnace ECO series・Double chamber type low pressure carburizing equipment consisting of a heating cell and a quenching cell that can replace the conventional gas carburizing furnace.
・No need for a converted gas generator
・There are no frame curtains and there is no risk of fire.
・The heating cell has a water-cooled jacket structure, so there is no heat radiation from the furnace body.
- Highly optimized energy consumption and cycle time reduction.
- Expected to improve metallurgical quality.

■ECO1277 process・Low pressure carburizing
・The acetylene gas and nitrogen gas used in the carburizing process are precisely controlled by a mass flow controller, and are accurately injected into the furnace using our unique injection technology, making it possible to obtain highly accurate carburizing quality.

■Integration into existing gas carburizing lineICBP ECO1277 TH can be integrated into existing gas carburizing lines without changing peripheral equipment or conveying equipment.
