■ICBP contributes to achieving carbon neutralityLow-pressure carburizing equipment is known as an industrial furnace with a low environmental impact, and the conversion from continuous gas carburizing furnaces to low-pressure carburizing equipment can be said to be a global trend. As a pioneer in this field, our company was one of the first to introduce European technology in 1990, conducted basic research on equipment, and supplied mass-produced low-pressure carburizing equipment (ICBP FLEX) to domestic automobile manufacturers and parts manufacturers. Our fully automatic low-pressure carburizing equipment, ICBP, can save energy, significantly reduce CO2 emissions, provide a high-efficiency furnace, reduce maintenance, and provide a safe, clean, and comfortable working environment compared to conventional equipment.

■Device overview- Through a technical partnership with France's ECM Technologies, our company manufactures ICBP low-pressure carburizing equipment in Japan and sells it globally.
・ICBP has a cold wall and does not use any frame curtains, so the working environment is clean and safe, and it can be installed alongside machining, making it possible to achieve in-line processing.
- Since no insulating materials such as bricks are used, quick down and quick start is possible, and direct connection to the machining line is possible, contributing to the reduction of intermediate inventory.
・ICBP equipment with a modular structure allows for equipment modification in a short construction period, allowing for flexible responses depending on the situation at the production site, such as stopping only the heating cell when production is reduced, or expanding the heating cell when increasing production. .

■Device features・This equipment was developed as an in-line small rod heat treatment furnace with machining.
・The basic concept is to have flexibility like ICBP FLEX.
- The heating module has 3 heating furnaces arranged in a stacked manner, and 6 heating chambers can be configured with 2 heating modules.Heating modules can also be added later when increasing production.
- A transport module is installed in the center of the device, and a three-axis transport mechanism located outside the device transports the product to the preparation room, heating room, and quenching room. Quenching uses nitrogen cooling at 10 bar, eliminating the need for degreasing equipment for the quenching oil. Synchronous production with machining is possible, so there is no intermediate inventory.
