The 3D model created from point cloud data is compared with the post-point cloud data, and the amount of difference is displayed in heat map color. The difference results are displayed in tiers according to the distance between the judgment slope and the point cloud. Processing time is short because it is performed on a wall-by-wall basis, making it very effective for on-site analysis. Data measured on site can be converted into a 3D model after returning to the office, and can be analyzed simultaneously with previously created structural data.
It is possible to perform differential analysis of on-site measurement results using a mobile terminal equipped with LiDAR. Even if you have a small worksite, a place where a measuring machine cannot be installed, or you need to take measurements quickly, you can easily measure and analyze immediately.
Calculate the horizontal area of the displacement location. Just select the flaking area and the calculation will be performed automatically, giving you the results in a short time. The calculated results can be output in CSV format and used for creating reports.
Volume calculation of repair amount. You can perform quantity calculations that are useful for repairing and filling caved areas in pavement and peeling off walls. It also supports volume calculations for corners of columns and walls.
Illustrate the deformed areas with polylines. Information on cracks and deformed areas can be added directly to the data.
Multi View. A viewer that can measure distances in 3D display. Distances can be displayed at any number of points by specifying between any two points, and OBJ data placement, coordinate output, and simulation functions are also available.
Automatic modeling. Just by specifying the range, you can create a triangular network (TIN) model in a short time using the automatic triangular network calculation function. It is effective for modeling a wide range of surfaces such as slopes, bridge decks, and paved surfaces. With the original "Tunnel Expansion" function, you can automatically create a 3D model of a tunnel in seconds.
3D modeling from point cloud data and drawings. Using our original "plotting method", it is possible to create 3D models of existing structures from point cloud data. It is possible to create a 3D model of an existing structure from the original construction drawings. Once you create a 3D model, you can use it to check for interference or as a completed image during future maintenance.
Create cross-sectional diagram. 3D DXF data is created at the same time as the 3D model is created, so you can complete the 2D drawing by adding dimensions and numbers in conjunction with other companies' CAD software. It is also possible to measure distance and direction from point cloud data and create drawings directly in CAD.
