Generally, in an ozone decomposer that uses only one type of ozone decomposer, if only the amount required for decomposition is used by design, some undecomposed ozone will pass through at the beginning of the ozone decomposition process. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to increase the amount of decomposer and the ozone decomposer itself becomes larger and therefore more expensive. There are also problems such as increased pressure loss. When an ozone decomposer decomposes a certain amount of ozone continuously, the decomposition efficiency is further improved by accumulating the decomposition heat (heat of decomposition of ozone, approximately 2.93kJ/g-o3). The KM series uses a honeycomb catalyst to efficiently decompose ozone and a granular catalyst to completely decompose ozone, making it ideal for treating high-concentration exhaust ozone using oxygen as a raw material.
