About This Product

■Summary

The ozone decomposition equipment, in which Wako System Control has an overwhelming market share, is a patented product that is used in a variety of industries both domestically and internationally. Generally, in an ozone decomposer that uses only one type of ozone decomposer, if only the amount required for decomposition is used by design, some undecomposed ozone will pass through at the beginning of the ozone decomposition process. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to increase the amount of decomposer and the ozone decomposer itself becomes larger and therefore more expensive. There are also problems such as increased pressure loss. When an ozone decomposer decomposes a certain amount of ozone continuously, the decomposition efficiency is further improved by accumulating the decomposition heat (heat of decomposition of ozone, approximately 2.93kJ/g-o3). When operating while maintaining this state, it is possible to reduce the number of decomposers, but as mentioned above, there is a problem in releasing undecomposed ozone at the initial stage of the reaction as it is. This product uses a combination of a high concentration ozone decomposer and a low concentration ozone decomposer to safely and reliably decompose ozone using the minimum amount of decomposer necessary. Compared to conventional activated carbon treatment type ozone decomposers, the decomposer is not consumed and is less likely to deteriorate, making it incomparably more compact and with a longer lifespan.
