This is a heating stage for microchannel chips. Temperature-dependent reaction evaluation and optical evaluation can be performed.
■Basic configuration
A unit that precisely controls the temperature of microchannels. Since the heated part is transparent, optical analysis and evaluation can also be performed.
■Circuit layout
When exchanging culture media inside the cabinet, it is connected to a power source to keep it warm while being charged, and when it is moved, the cord is removed and the battery keeps it warm.The transparent heater allows observation with a microscope.
■Heating-cooling heat shock stage
It is possible to incorporate a Peltier unit in place of the glass heater on one side to apply heat shock to the flow path. Cooling side: -5°C to normal temperature/Heating side: normal temperature to 150°C (Further cooling/heating is possible by changing specifications)
