About This Product

■Summary

A transparent conductive film was deposited on a glass slide. It can observe temperature-dependent samples and can be replaced if it gets dirty.

■Configuration “SL-071”

We manufactured the glass heater with the same external dimensions as the slide glass: 76mm x 26mm-1t. Place it in a special holder and heat it to 100℃. If the glass heater becomes dirty, it can be easily replaced, so it is possible to drop the sample and heat it. It is thin and has a transmittance of over 80%, making it suitable for optical analysis of thermoplastic samples. The base material is natural fused silica, which is suitable as a heating base for optical analysis. The temperature sensor is not firmly attached to the glass heater due to the pressure of the spring, and it is placed close to the edge to ensure a good field of view, so there is a deviation from the temperature in the center. *Only for those who purchase SL071, there is an additional 3-piece set (model SL003) with only heat-generating slide glass.

■Slide glass heating bed “SS-052”

The top cover of the SS-050 has a cutout into which a commercially available slide glass fits. After securing the field of view, heat to 200℃. It allows you to easily observe temperature-dependent samples and is suitable for observing a large number of samples. Transmittance decreases because the thickness of the slide glass is added to the 2mm thickness of the glass heater.
