■Configuration
A temperature sensor is attached to a panel-shaped glass heater and assembled into a holder with electrodes to create a unit. It is possible to observe changes in the sample while heating it in an inverted position, and perform optical analysis using lasers, etc. *The transparent conductive film is deposited on the bottom of the unit. It is not insulated to maintain transmittance.
■Specifications
Glass heaters have a transmittance of approximately 80% in the visible light range. The optical properties do not change when heated and remain transparent at high temperatures. The speed of temperature rise is determined by the specifications of the conductive film and the voltage. The conductive film differs depending on the model, and the speed of temperature rise and transmittance vary.
■Temperature control
Each comes with a dedicated temperature control device, so you can use it immediately from the day you receive it. Precisely control temperature with feedback control. Basically, there is one system, and the rating is adapted according to the glass heater.
■Type
We offer a variety of types with different dimensions and temperature ranges. It can be used depending on the use and purpose. We also manufacture casings and stands.
application
■Optical analysis heating bed
We are creating a platform based on SS-050 that performs optical analysis while heating the sample. A variety of options are available, including a mounting spring to secure the sample and a vertical stand to ensure the optical path length when placed vertically.
■Convex cross section
The glass heater of SS-050 has been processed into a convex cross section to make the top surface of the glass protrude. Used for side radiation measurement and optical analysis.
