About This Product

■Summary

High-precision handheld servo nutrunner with built-in torque sensor

■Hand-held tightening tools that continue to evolve

A flexible type fastening tool developed as a hand-held nut runner equipped with a small high-performance servo motor. We propose a higher level of tightening.

■Built-in acceleration sensor detects screw erecting level

Tightening begins after the condition of the screw is detected by an acceleration sensor built into the tool.

■Prevents screws from entering diagonally, reducing assembly defects and workpiece waste.

By using this function to prevent screws from entering diagonally, you can reduce assembly defects and workpiece waste.

■Cost reduction by reducing bolt tacking process

By using this function, you can eliminate the need to temporarily attach bolts. Eliminating the temporary attachment process contributes to cost reduction.

■Tightening parameters

Complex tightening parameters can be easily set on the visualized setting screen.

■Result monitor

Tightening results can be collected in real time. The collected results can be saved on your PC and viewed in Excel.

■Waveform monitor

It is possible to load, draw and save torque curves. It can be output in TSV format and viewed in Excel. ・Supported OS Windows10,11 (32/64bit) ・Supported languages: Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese, Indonesian

■Pulse settings can be made to match the workpiece.

Pulse settings can be set in detail according to the purpose.

■No control panel required, contributing to cost reduction

Switches, sensors, lamps, buzzers, etc. can be controlled without PLC. (IN:13 OUT:12)

■Editing software “LD Editor”

Ladder editing software for software PLC with built-in controller. Achieved simple ease of use.

■Patented technology that enables seating control at high speed rotation (Patent No. 5351239)

The high-speed seating mechanism built into the tool body prevents overshoot from occurring even when seating at over 1,000 rpm. We have overcome the "tightening time" that was the weak point of electric nutrunners.

■From air to electric

The annual CO2 emissions when tightening M8 bolts with an air impact tool amount to 42,157 kg-CO2. On the other hand, with an electric hand nut runner, annual CO2 emissions can be reduced to 1,795kg-CO2.
