A flexible type fastening tool developed as a hand-held nut runner equipped with a small high-performance servo motor. We propose a higher level of tightening.

■Built-in acceleration sensor detects screw erecting level

Tightening begins after the condition of the screw is detected by an acceleration sensor built into the tool.

■Prevents screws from entering diagonally, reducing assembly defects and workpiece waste.

■Cost reduction by reducing bolt tacking process

Ladder editing software for software PLC with built-in controller. Achieved simple ease of use.

■Patented technology that enables seating control at high speed rotation (Patent No. 5351239)

The high-speed seating mechanism built into the tool body prevents overshoot from occurring even when seating at over 1,000 rpm. We have overcome the "tightening time" that was the weak point of electric nutrunners.

■From air to electric

The annual CO2 emissions when tightening M8 bolts with an air impact tool amount to 42,157 kg-CO2. On the other hand, with an electric hand nut runner, annual CO2 emissions can be reduced to 1,795kg-CO2.
