■High-precision electric nutrunner with built-in torque sensor
A high-precision electric nutrunner with a built-in ultra-compact torque sensor and specialized for small screws. A lineup of handy types that can be carried in hand is also available.
■A type of servo nutrunner that is built into equipment and used.
In addition to torque and angle tightening functions, it is equipped with rotational torque measurement and retightening inspection functions, making it useful in a wide variety of processes other than screw tightening.
■Servo nutrunner specialized for fastening small screws
It has a built-in torque sensor and has a structure that is resistant to external loads, making it suitable for robot operation. We also have a lineup of handy types that can be used in hand. Basic functions are the same as AFC3000
■High-quality screw tightening possible
A high-quality torque sensor manufactured in-house is built into the tool. By using an AC servo motor, it is possible to set not only torque but also speed and angle.

Complex tightening parameters can be easily set on the visualized setting screen.

Tightening results can be collected in real time. The collected results can be saved on your PC and viewed in Excel. Ladder editing software for software PLC with built-in controller. Achieved simple ease of use.
■Waveform monitor
It is possible to load, draw and save torque curves. It can be output in TSV format and viewed in Excel.

■Offset gear allows tightening with a minimum pitch of 18mm
It is effective in places where the distance between screws is narrow or where they would interfere with normal tool shapes. Can be placed at a minimum of 18mm. (Minimum pitch 30mm for normal tool shape)
