About This Product

■Product overview

Connect a PC and multiple NC machine tools via multi-port, supporting everything from data communication to batch management of schedules. *Multi-port: Simultaneous communication with multiple machines is possible with the added RS232C port.

■Points to note

・Simultaneous communication with up to 64 NC machine tools possible Maximum communication speed 115.2KBPS ・Supports both A and B communication protocols ・Connection with data server supports FTP server and FTP client *Communication protocol: Rules established in advance for communication. It is made up of four basic elements: physical conditions of the transmission path, transmission, identification of the other party, and information expression.

■Remote operation

Various requests can be made remotely from the control panel of the NC machine tool. ・Create new schedule ・Acquire NC data list ・Send/receive request

■History management function

The transmission and reception history is automatically recorded, allowing you to check the operating status and performance of the machine. ・File name and date and time of sending/receiving ・Export in CSV format ・History management with data log

■Schedule transmission

A schedule list file can be created for each NC machine tool and sent according to the specified schedule. ・Insert sending file ・Suppro compatible

■Network compatible

Using the network function, you can monitor with a web camera and report on the operating status.

■Monitoring

Monitoring can be performed remotely via the Internet.

■Operating status report

You can transfer the communication status with the NC machine tool and check the operating status by email or uploading it to the web server.

■Operation transmission/reception history

Displays the transmission/reception status to the machine tool in real time, graphs the past history, and displays machining details and operating rates. *This is a system that can be operated without adding special equipment to the NC processing machine. On the other hand, it is not possible to accurately measure the machining end time from the software side.

■Screen display

Centrally displays the operating status of up to 10 machines.

■Tally

Aggregate operation history with one click.
