■Can be connected to NC machine tools that do not have a data server function
Connects to NC machine tools, allowing high-speed DNC transfer of large amounts of program data and input/output of NC control machine memory.
■Data can be carried around with USB memory
A USB flash memory can be used as a replaceable external memory, allowing large-capacity program data created on a computer to be transferred directly from the USB memory to the NC, and program data from the CNC can be saved.
■File sharing function on the network
NC program data created with CAD/CAM systems can be transferred at high speed via the network and saved on the internal large-capacity flash disk.
■Safe even at work sites with poor conditions
A flash disk is a semiconductor disk that retains data even when the power is turned off. It has high durability against vibration, heat, electrical noise, etc., so DNC operation and data input/output can be performed safely even at work sites with poor conditions.
