■What is OCTOPUZ JBM Power Pack?OCTOPUZ JBM Power Pack is JBM's original software that further enhances the functionality of the robotics application "OCTOPUZ".

■Enhanced functionality of OCTOPUZThe OCTOPUZ JBM Power Pack includes the following features that further enhance the functionality of OCTOPUZ:
・APT import
・Mastercam link
・JBM Updater
・OctpathView
・Robot code editor
・Tool manager
・Other utility software

■Pass point optimizationEfficiently thins out the tool path points output from CAM and reduces the output data. It also converts multiple consecutive path points into a single 3D arc, which equalizes the robot's speed and smooths its movements. You can also optimize only a specified section.

■Pass point editingIndividual pass points can be edited freely, so even if you want to change or modify a pass point, there is no need to go back to the CAM software and make corrections. You can also easily edit the tip angle and feed rate of the tip tool. You can also edit only specified sections at once.

■Path offsetOffsets the path in the axial direction of the tip tool. As a result, even if you want to change the origin setting of the tip tool, there is no need to go back to the CAM software and make corrections. It is also useful for checking pass behavior during test runs before product processing. You can also offset only a specified section.

■Feed rate overrideYou can easily change the feed speed for a specified section. You can also specify the upper and lower limits of the feedrate you want to change and change only those within that range at once.

■Pass point interpolationYou can perform XYZ-IJK interpolation of the specified section. By averaging the movement in a specified section, you can make it move smoothly, or change the inclination angle of the tip tool smoothly.

■Pass point divisionYou can divide between two specified path points. Divided path points can be edited individually, allowing you to avoid interference or change the tip angle of the tip tool.
