■Drawing creation
The use of the drawing database has been expanded, making it possible to handle shapes with up to 650,000 elements, 10 times more than before.
■Maintenance of hole machining attributes
It is now possible to give hole machining attributes to circular shapes in CAD drawings, making it possible to clearly distinguish between circles and holes. Furthermore, by registering hole shapes as parts, the time and effort required to create NC data has been significantly reduced.
■Introduction of group shape concept
It is now possible to group multiple related shapes. Grouped shapes can be moved or deleted with a single operation. It is also possible to add hole machining attributes on a group basis, further reducing the effort required to create NC data.
■Added 1/4 circumference point to navigation function
A function to recognize quarter circumference points of circles and arcs has been added to the navigation function that automatically recognizes end points and intersection points of shapes. The navigation function itself has also been enhanced, with features such as ``End Point Navigation'' that recognizes only end points, ``Intersection Navigation'' that recognizes only intersection points, and ``Center Point Navigation'' that recognizes only the center point of a circle/arc.
■Addition of dimension command
New entry variations have been added to the basic dimension line command, continuous dimension command, etc.
■External data input/output function
Reading: DXF, DWG, IGES, BMI, YCD*, NC data
Output: DXF, IGES, BMI, YCD
*YCD is a data format specific to You-CAM.
■Pocket processing (area processing)
・Zigzag path (any angle can be specified) Spiral path (inward/outward) compatible
・Entry point selection
・Supports helical approach
・Island-remaining processing (compatible with uneven levels)
■Drilling
Drilled hole/tapped hole/spot facing/chamfering (helical possible)/various boring etc.
■Contour processing
Create NC data that moves the tool along the contour from the contour of the CAD drawing.
*Select tool entry/exit from straight line, arc, tangent, or specified point. In addition, entry and exit can be set individually.
*You can switch between correction and G41/G42.
