A CAM solution that allows you to easily program highly efficient milling toolpaths. In addition to the functions available in the Mill module, it has a rich set of simultaneous 3-axis toolpath creation functions that can handle more complex free-form surfaces, allowing you to flexibly respond to a wide range of machining tasks. Additionally, by adding the Multiaxis option, it can support CAD/CAM and simultaneous 5-axis machining, flexibly responding to the needs of the machining site.
What you can do with Mastercam MILL 3D
■Opti rough cutting
Realizes high-speed roughing machining based on the latest cutting theory. Unlike traditional passes, it produces smooth tool paths even with complex geometries.
■Opti leftover
Dynamic Motion technology enables high-speed machining, even in back-to-back machining that often requires the use of small-diameter tools.
■Blending processing
By generating a path in which the pitch gradually changes between two curves, a smooth path with less retraction can be obtained.
■Processing along the surface
Generate smooth paths along curved surfaces to create the best finishing toolpath.
■Hybrid finish
Creates a fully finished contour path for shapes that include flats and gentle slopes.
■Stock shape can be generated for each processing stage
An independent stock can be created between each process and used for leftover processing and verification.
