Mastercam Design is a CAD solution that supports drawing part shapes with a wide range of creation functions such as wireframes, surfaces, and solids. If there are any problems with the imported model, you can quickly fix them with powerful CAD functionality, and the fully integrated CAD and CAM capabilities provide a seamless transition to programming.

The following file formats are supported as standard.
ASCII, CADL, DWG, DXF, EPS, IGES, Inventor (IPT, IDW, IAM), KeyCreator (CKD), Parasolids, Rhino 3DM, SOLIDWORKS (SLDPRT, SLDASM, SLDDRW), SAT (ACIS Solid), Solid Edge (PAR and PSM), STEP, STL, VDA
*As an optional feature, it also supports Catia, Creo, and Siemens NX files, allowing you to import models created with virtually any CAD system.
What you can do with Mastercam DESIGN
■Hybrid of wire frame, surface, and solid
It is a hybrid CAD that can freely mix wireframes, surfaces, and solids.
■Dynamic transformation movement
Smoothly move, rotate, and align models using graphical coordinate axes.
■Silhouette boundary
This function automatically generates outer contours from multiple curved surfaces, making it ideal for creating tool limit boundaries.
■Solid direct editing
The ability to directly edit solid bodies, such as push/pull, enables intuitive modeling.
■STL import, shading
STL data can be directly imported in a shading state and used for transformation movement and processing.
■Analysis functions (curvature, slope, etc.)
Detects the model's minimum radius, draft angle, etc. and displays it in the specified color.
