About This Product

This pressure cooker allows you to cook stews quickly and economically. It is an excellent product that can be used for a variety of purposes, including stewing meat, seafood, and vegetable soup bases, preparing beans for bean paste and miso manufacturing processes, stews, glacé, compote, and other boiled foods, as well as steamed and boiled foods. Product points

■ Cook at a high temperature that cannot be done with a regular pot.

When used at normal pressure, the temperature inside the pot will rise to approximately 110℃. Compared to using a regular pot, cooking time and gas costs can be reduced by about half.

■Does not boil down. It will be more delicious if you use it
