About This Product

This is a small tabletop type rapid cooling/refrigeration machine with single-phase 100V power supply. It minimizes damage to food, quickly moves out of dangerous temperature ranges, and prevents the growth of food-poisoning bacteria. It is also very useful in "cooling" as part of the cooking process.
