About This Product

This is a cooking machine that can gently stir food to draw in air, just like a person would mix it. There are two types: fixed pot type and rotary pot type, each with different cooking capacity. This is a slim automatic cooking machine that can be installed in a small space. This equipment is often used in the production of Japanese sweets. Product points

■Stirring as if it was mixed by a person

The circular rotation of the stirring blades allows for gentle stirring without crushing the ingredients, which incorporates natural air similar to hand kneading. Customers who have installed this system have praised its ability to cook red beans without grinding their skins.

■ Compatible with a variety of cooking contents by adjusting the W speed

The GFH series allows you to adjust the rotation speed of the inner pot and the stirring speed to suit the cooking contents. This makes it possible to automate a wide range of cooking tasks.

■GFH series does not burn.

The inner copper pot rotates and provides even heating and even stirring to prevent food from burning.

■Space-saving compact design

The GFH series achieves a compact design by stirring by the circumferential rotation of the blades, and the small body does not take up much installation space. It is also possible to stir small amounts of food, which was difficult to do with a propeller-type stirrer. It saves space and allows you to cook in large quantities and automate as much as you need.
