About This Product

Long bent lever, easy-to-read scale plate, twist-removal hose, and innovative rubber cover. Four functions that have evolved

■Long bent lever

By extending the lever length by 20mm and bending the tip, you can grip the lever firmly. Improved internal functions have made the tire inflation lever surprisingly light, so you won't get tired even if you hold it for long periods of time. The distance from the grip to the lever has been shortened, and the shape has evolved so that even women can hold it.

■Easy to read scale plate

A new design based on ergonomics, a new font size, and a new twist on the scale position marks. The conventional phosphorescent scale plate was pale green, but now it is whiter and easier to see. The luminous scale plate is original only to Asahi Sangyo. By marking each 50kPa with a ○ mark and a △ shape, the guideline becomes easier to judge.

■Twisting hose

By extending the length of the conventional hose by 100 mm, the operating range has been expanded and it has become easier to use. Two rotary joints absorb hose twisting, greatly improving chucking operability.

■Novel rubber cover

An innovative design that exudes a sense of luxury. The prototype is the shape of a tire. Even if you accidentally drop it, the protruding shape of the rubber cover prevents it from hitting the display surface. Reliable made in Japan

■High precision/high quality

- Allowable accuracy within 1 scale (conforms to JIS standards) ・Improved stability of reference point ・Improved design of rotating joint ・Inspection of all products before shipment ・MADE IN JAPAN

■One unit performs three functions: measuring, charging, and discharging

・Measurement: Easy measurement by simply pressing the chuck against the tire valve. *The lever is not gripped. ・Filling: Press the chuck against the tire valve and squeeze the lever fully to start filling. ・Exhaust: Press the chuck against the tire valve and squeeze the lever a little to exhaust.

■A wide variety of chucks

We offer optimal chucks for various vehicle types such as passenger cars, trucks, buses, and motorcycles. It can be compatible with various car models by replacing the chuck. There are also chucks that are compatible with ISO wheels and hand-held chucks that reduce the burden on the operator.

■Complete after-sales service

Gauge Botaru EX is a measuring instrument. We recommend periodic calibration once a year (charges apply). During overhaul, we repair worn parts and replace consumables, and then perform calibration to restore functionality. *Calibration work is the work of comparing the indicated value with the reference value and correcting the entire area to within one scale of error.
