About This Product

■Started handling laboratory sterilizers, which are essential for research and development of new products.

The laboratory sterilizer UHT/HTST, manufactured by Micro Thermics in the United States, was developed by the Department of Food Chemistry (CAPS) at North Carolina State University, and is manufactured and sold by the same company. In Japan, Seika Sangyo Co., Ltd. is the sole agent and has already delivered approximately 100 units. Pressure-type homogenizers are often used before and after sterilization, and we have formed cooperative relationships with two companies because we want more customers to be aware of our products. Our company will be in charge of sales and maintenance. Although it is made overseas, we have built a thorough support system, including test runs at our newly opened solution center. We also have actual equipment, so please feel free to contact us with any requests for testing or maintenance.

■Features

・Possible to sterilize at high temperatures up to 149℃ (equipped with PH/FH double heater) ・Can also sterilize samples with high viscosity and solid substances ・Program control allows centralized management on the screen, and temperature F value can also be monitored.

■Main specifications

・Processing flow rate: 0.5L/min to 4L/min (variable flow rate) ・Preheat temperature: 60℃～110℃ (hot water) ・Final heat temperature: 104℃~149℃ (steam) ・Hold time (standard): Can be set arbitrarily between 1 second and 120 seconds (at flow rate of 1L/min) ・Standard unit size: 1,800 (W) × 800 (D) × 1,680 (H) mm ・Pipe inner diameter: 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch ・Standard heat exchanger: Shell-in-tube ・Equipment material: SUS316L ・Sample required amount: Standard 5L

■Required utilities

・Body part power supply: 100V 30A ・Required steam pressure: 6kgcm (setting below 7kg/cm2) ・Required steam amount: 60kg/h ・Cooling water: Either tap water or chiller water can be used. ・Air: For temperature control 1.2kg/cm3 ・Pipe inner diameter: 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch ・City water: The device can be used as a sink drain. ・Drain: Prepare a drain tank as standard
