About This Product

■Capable of high-pressure processing of large quantities of samples. Ideal for GMP of food and pharmaceuticals.

Capable of high-pressure processing of large quantities of samples, and also compatible with GMP for food and pharmaceuticals. Since it uses three plungers, it is a prototype machine that is as close as possible to the production machine. Pressure (pressure can be adjusted) is applied to the processing liquid inside the machine, and the differential pressure performs emulsification, dispersion, and crushing. By utilizing the cavitation effect and collision between liquids that occur during this process, finer machining can be achieved. It can be widely used for defibrating fibers and for highly viscous materials.
