About This Product

■Compact and highly versatile laboratory type for research and development and small-scale production.

This pressure homogenizer can be used in the fields of dairy products, other foods and beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, biotechnology, and chemical products. We have two types of laboratory machines with different pressures and throughputs. The results of emulsification, dispersion, and cell disruption with our laboratory machine can be completely reproduced with a mass-produced machine. For example, in the laboratory, the LAB1000 can be pressurized to a maximum pressure of 1,000 bar, and the LAB2000 can be pressurized to 2,000 bar, allowing testing with only 150 mL of sample, making it possible to sample a wide variety of products at low cost. It enables emulsification and dispersion with a uniform and fine average particle size, which is necessary for improving existing products and developing new products.
