About This Product

■Summary

Heat dissipation film with high heat dissipation effect, outstanding cost performance, simple structure and easy installation. "Cool Stuff®" is an innovative heat dissipation film that condenses multiple heat dissipation paths into a single film. It can be attached directly to electronic components such as ICs, making it easy to implement heat dissipation measures where necessary. Because it is ultra-thin and flexible, it fits effortlessly into spaces that are difficult to install with conventional heat dissipation components. In addition, high heat dissipation effects can be obtained even in a closed environment, greatly increasing the degree of freedom in heat dissipation design. Based on thermal conduction, combined with thermal radiation, highly efficient heat radiation is achieved. <Patented>

■Suitable for a wide range of heat countermeasure needs

・Ultra-thin (0.13mm) and lightweight (0.4g/30×30mm), making it suitable for smaller and lighter equipment. Adhesive material makes it easy to attach to parts. - Has flexibility and appropriate rigidity, and can be bent freely. - Can be easily cut with scissors, cutter, etc., and can be shaped to suit the application. ・The surface coating has electrical insulation properties and is black with less unnecessary light reflection. - Easy to handle due to thin and strong coating.

■Using environmentally friendly materials

This is a RoHS compliant product that uses materials that do not contain specific hazardous substances. There is no generation of siloxane.

■Application example

The heat emitting layer on the surface radiates the heat of the heating element using far infrared rays. In addition, the copper foil evenly diffuses the heat from the heating element, achieving a high heat dissipation effect.
