■Features

The Dräger Flame1750 H2 with triple IR (three wavelength infrared) sensor detects hydrogen-based fires. It provides high reliability against false alarms and high measurement performance that is maintained even in harsh temperature environments.

■Fast and safe detection

Dräger Flame1750 H2 is a triple IR fire detector. Detects hydrogen-based fires even at long distances. Notifies you of a hydrogen fire (1m flame) up to 40m away in just 5 seconds. Flame1750 H2 is certified for reliability and meets safety integrity level SIL2 as defined by IEC61508. This fire detector also features HART® and RS-485 interfaces and operates on very little power.

■Developed for hydrogen

The Dräger Flame1750 H2 has been developed especially for hydrogen fires. A 3-wavelength infrared sensor detects hydrogen-related fires as small as 2-4 μm, ensuring high performance and low false alarm rate. Welding operations and high-temperature CO2 emissions, which can easily cause false alarms, are no longer a problem.

■Sturdy and excellent durability

The housing is extremely robust and highly weather resistant. Automatic window heating prevents freezing and condensation. Therefore, the Flame1750 H2 can operate reliably even under extremely harsh environmental conditions, e.g. in the temperature range of -60°C to +85°C.

■Simple verification

The built-in self-test function "Advanced Optical Verification (AOV)" automatically checks the Flame1750 H2 for electronic and optical errors. Tri-color LED on the front allows you to quickly check the status of the detector. Green indicates normal operation, yellow indicates a failure, and red indicates a fire alarm.
