■Features

The Dräger X-am®5000 is part of a series of gas detection alarms developed primarily for personal monitoring applications. A gas alarm that can detect 1 to 5 component gases, reliably detects flammable gases, steam, oxygen, toxic gases at harmful concentrations, organic gases, steam, odorous substances, and amines.

■Ergonomic design

In addition to its advanced features, the Dräger X-am5000's practical mobile phone design and light weight make it easy to carry. Reduced to just the essential elements, the two-button control panel and simple menu make it intuitive to use.

■Flexible sensor replacement

Easy to replace, upgrade and calibrate with other gases. By customizing the Dräger X-am5000 sensor, it is compatible with a wide variety of applications. Rental equipment is also available.

■Catalytic combustion sensor durable against toxic gases

Improving safety when faced with unknown potentially explosive atmospheres, the Dräger I'll emit it. It not only reacts quickly to explosive gases and flammable organic vapors, but also has high resistance to catalyst poisons such as silicon and hydrogen sulfide. In addition to long-term stability, it has an extremely long sensor life of over 4 years. Therefore, operating costs can be reduced.

​With durable XXS sensor technology, the Dräger X-am5000 offers maximum safety at the lowest operating costs. In addition to long-term safety, this highly durable sensor offers a long service life of more than 4 years, reducing operating costs.

■Robust and waterproof

The Dräger X-am5000 has an IP67 protection rating for water and dust resistance. This means that even if the detector is dropped into water, it will still work perfectly without any malfunction. Shock-resistant sensors with a protective rubber coating provide increased resistance to shock and vibration. The Dräger X-am5000 is also less susceptible to electromagnetic radiation from wireless devices.
