■Features

Dräger PSS®3000 is a global standard model for general industry. This product is equipped with high breathing performance due to pressure demand, and is lightweight and easy to wear, making it suitable for use in situations where ease of wear is required.

■Lightweight, robust and easy to operate

The Dräger PSS3000 is one of the lightest self-contained breathing apparatus carrying systems on the market. Dräger has adopted the same advanced technology and design philosophy derived from its class-leading range of short-term and long-term professional breathing equipment. The exceptionally durable carrying system features an ultra-lightweight, high-strength carbon composite carrying frame construction with excellent heat, impact, and chemical resistance. Easy and quick to don, lightweight harness suitable for use in all conditions, specially designed to maintain its shape in a variety of environmental temperatures and conditions. Made of materials with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance, it also meets the heat and flame resistance requirements of EN137:2006 (Type 2).

■Proven air supply technology

Versatility is a key concept of the Dräger PSSS product range. The PSS3000 breathing device allows the wearer to benefit from state-of-the-art respiratory protection technology incorporating the same high-performance air delivery system used in Dräger's class-leading breathing devices.

■Easy to maintain and repair

Easy and quick to service, the PSS3000 breathing apparatus incorporates a number of unique design features to minimize downtime and therefore costs during maintenance. All major components can be easily disassembled and reassembled. The harness is attached to the carrying frame using an integral retention method. Additionally, to provide an even higher level of protection, the primary pressure reducer is integrated into the carrying frame and is very easy to remove.
